I just downloaded v.1.0.4.0 of SPrello and attemped to activate on SP 2010.
I get the following error:

I downloaded v1.0.3.0 and it activated, but when I try to add the web part to page I get the following error: "Sandboxed code execution request failed".

I should mention that this is a publishing site and I'm the site collection admin.

For the 1.0.4.0 version I've mucked up and included a attribute that is SharePoint 2013 only - I'll fix it in the next few days.

re: "Sandboxed code execution request failed" - this happens if the User Code Host service (the service that runs sandbox web part code) is either not running or isn't setup correctly (usually permission problem on the account).

If you Google that error you will find some good references for fixing it.
